The (Non) All-Star Team

Every year around All-Star Weekend, discussions about expanding ASG rosters begin. And while we do like that it’s difficult to make an All-Star Game—hence making that distinction more valuable—some of the teams you all put together when we asked you to do this…

…made us start to rethink that. Because how have none of these players made an All-Star team? Let’s see what you created.

This team would be thrilling to watch…how long they’ll be able to exist before one of these guys makes an All-Star game is a different story altogether.

Talk about shooters. The spacing this team could trot out might be the best in the entire league. When 1-5 is a legitimate danger to knock down a three (and more than one of them can create open looks for others), the game just looks easy.

This team’s got some balance to it. Scorers, slashers, shooters, and a defensive deterrent at the rim. We like the synergy here.
