❄️ Bring Back Christmas Jerseys!

Wow, the slate of Christmas NBA games was SO GOOD. And maybe it's nostalgia… but we wish we’d seen the guys hooping in some proper Christmas jerseys. 

We remember watching LeBron’s Cavs and Steph’s Warriors do battle with that smoooooth cursive writing across their chests…

And Adidas clearly remembers, because the company that produced the NBA’s jerseys from 2006-2018 tweeted this out. 👀 

Still, the jerseys had a cool snowflake patch on the back, plus there were some holiday-style choices that made the day special. Nikola Jokic, for example, pulled up to the game vs the Timberwolves wearing a cardigan with an embroidered 🌮 Taco Bell logo and a shirt saying “I still won’t try it,” a tribute to the career of the only all-time great drafted during a Quesarito commercial.

Speaking of Jokic… did the Joker get a low taper fade in between his 56/16/15 game and the postgame interview?

👟 Ja Morant’s Sneaker Run

Regardless of the turbulent season Ja Morant is having… no one can deny that the man is having a career year in the shoe game 👟 

Morant debuted the Ja 3’s in April with these bright pink “Price of Admission” editions and has been releasing banger color-way after banger color-way. The name alludes to the high-flying spectacle of watching the Memphis guard🔥 ever game with Morant is must-see TV (that’s two words, Charles Barkley).

Our personal favorite color way might be the “NY vs NY” designed to honor the AAU tournament that takes place at iconic New York City courts like Rucker Park and Dyckman 🔥 

Though that may not hold the title for long, because these bad boys are coming out in January. 🥶 The shoe name is a reference to the AAU team Morant sponsors, and something about the theme just oozes sauce.

Finally, we’re getting pumped for the “Cobalt Bliss” color way to release on February 13th, one day before Valentine’s Day ❤️. Because nothing says “I love you” like Ja Morant merchandise 😂 

Chet Holmgren brought the holiday spirit to give back to nearly 400 military families at Tinker Air Force Base. The OKC star brought toys, food, and autographed jerseys, and signed something for every kid in the building 💪 

At one point, a kid asked him if he’s “real or fake,” and Chet responds not only that he’s real, but that the kid may be his height one day if he drinks his milk and eats his vegetables. 😂
